Method

  1. 1Spread passata on flatbreads.
  2. 2Toss chickpeas with cumin, paprika, and olive oil; scatter over flatbreads.
  3. 3Top with peppers and feta.
  4. 4Bake at 200°C / 400°F for 8–10 min until edges are crispy.
  5. 5Top with rocket and a squeeze of lemon.
