Estradiol Patch helped somewhat with my early osteoporosis diagnosis — hot flashes reduced a bit, though the weight didn't shift. Not a miracle but not nothing either.

I've been using Estradiol Patch for about 12 weeks now for bone density decline. things started to shift slightly around week 2. the symptoms were about 70% better. It's not perfect but it's made a real difference.

After 12 weeks on Estradiol Patch, I'd say it made a modest difference to my osteopenia diagnosis. Hard to tell if it was this or other lifestyle changes. Might try something different.

I started Estradiol Patch after dealing with fracture risk worries for months. By week 4 I noticed I had more energy. At 6 weeks, I was sleeping through the night. I'd recommend discussing it with your GP.

I was sceptical about Estradiol Patch but desperate with my fracture risk worries. the worst of the symptoms eased. By week 10, I felt like I had my life back. It's not perfect but it's made a real difference.
