I really wanted Micronized Progesterone to help with my osteopenia diagnosis but after 8 weeks I saw no meaningful improvement. if anything I felt slightly worse. Disappointing but at least I know now.

Started Micronized Progesterone alongside osteopenia diagnosis management. Week 3: I noticed a subtle improvement. Week 12: I felt significantly better. It's been a real game-changer for me.

I tried Micronized Progesterone for fracture risk worries but the results were mixed. things started to shift slightly, but the initial improvement plateaued. It's OK but I expected more.

Micronized Progesterone helped somewhat with my osteopenia diagnosis — energy improved, though sleep didn't improve much. Not a miracle but not nothing either.

I gave Micronized Progesterone a fair trial for my DEXA scan showing bone loss. Some improvement in mood stabilised slightly but the hot flashes continued persisted. Not a miracle but not nothing either.
