I started NAC after dealing with dry and ageing skin for months. By week 4 I noticed the worst of the symptoms eased. At 6 weeks, I felt like I had my life back. I'd recommend discussing it with your GP.
NAC has been really helpful for my hair loss and brittle nails. I noticed things started to shift slightly fairly quickly. I felt significantly better over the following weeks. Worth persevering through the first few weeks.
